This is how El Templat's 50 varieties of Pommus were born, prepared in artisan fashion, conjoining innovation with tradition, always in search of new flavours.

The main ingredient is the fruit of the season, accompanied by sugar and agar-agar, a vegetable gelatine of marine origin obtained from different types of algae that acts as a natural thickener and an alternative to animal gelatine. For this reason, our Pommus marmalades are ideal for vegans, free of preservatives and colorants, with authentic textures and flavours.
